Charlotte Douglas International Airport Concourse E Expansion

Cleveland Construction is serving as the general contractor for the City of Charlotte’s Phase 9 expansion of Concourse E at Charlotte Douglas International Airport located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The project will add approximately 34,000 heated square feet of passenger and airline operation space, including 10 new aircraft gate positions.

Functional spaces will include passenger queuing rooms, circulation areas, new group restrooms, airline and airport support areas, and concessionaire shell space.
