Cleveland Construction, Inc. recently completed the construction of the new SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel located at 138 Wilson Pike Circle in Brentwood, Tennessee. The non-prototypical hotel, which broke ground in January 2017, was developed by Pinnacle Hospitality Partners and designed by Bounds & Gillespie Architects. Cleveland Construction served as the General Contractor on the project.
Located in the Brentwood suburb of Nashville, Tennessee, the new 3-story, 152,000 square-foot hotel’s structure consists of a post-tension concrete podium and load-bearing, cold-formed metal framing. The hotel features 134 guestrooms and 15,000 square feet of retail space, as well as an attached post-tension parking structure with 80 spaces. The first floor of the new SpringHill Suites hotel includes an indoor pool, a fitness center, a bar and lounge with a patio, a kitchen and buffet area, a boardroom, and 3,000 square feet of meeting space with pre-function areas.
