Ohio-Based Firm Opens Office to Strengthen Regional Presence in Central Florida
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its self-performing interior and exterior trades division in Orlando, Florida.
The self-performing Specialty Trades division of Cleveland Construction handles a wide range of trades installation for commercial buildings, including metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and prefabrication.
Cleveland Construction has a long history in Central Florida, actively working on projects in the area since 1984. With the addition of the Orlando office, it now has a second location in Florida, complementing the Naples office that opened in 2005. This expansion allows the company to serve its clients in Central Florida better. The new office is situated at 7443 Emerald Dunes Drive, Suite 600, Orlando, Florida 32822.
The management of the new office will be handled by David Kurilko, Jr., Operations Manager. David will oversee manpower coordination, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety for the company's self-performing interior trade operations in Central Florida. David Kurilko, Jr. is relocating from Cleveland Construction's Columbus, Ohio office to Orlando for this role.
“The Central Florida area has become a focal point for our construction services in the Southeast, with even more opportunities on the horizon,” said Davis Kurilko, Jr. “This office will give us an additional home base for our Orlando project managers and staff.”
The company has recently performed as Construction Manager to complete two Home2 Suites hotels on American Way and Technological Avenue in Orlando. Cleveland Construction’s Interiors Trades division also completed the interior trades package for Phase 1 of the new South Terminal "C" at the Orlando International Airport (OIA).
In the past year, key employees have been actively building relationships with the business community and trade partners in Orlando and the surrounding areas, re-establishing the company's presence in the region.
With the addition of the Orlando office, Cleveland Construction now has seven regional offices, including its recent expansion into Charlotte, North Carolina. This expansion strengthens the company's local market presence in Florida and further enhances its reputation across the country.
