Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Baker to the position of Project Manager within the National Operations team. Kyle has been a valued team member since 2015 when he joined the company as an Assistant Project Manager.
Kyle has managed several key projects, including the exterior facade and ticketing renovations at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, the construction of a new Residence Inn Hotel in Cleveland, the Carmax Auto Dealership Cleveland, and the new Norfolk Premium Outlets retail center in Norfolk, Virginia, and at the time, was the company's largest contract value.
In this new role, Kyle will oversee the successful completion of the new Mecklenburg County Public Schools Middle/High School project and the Springhill Suites project located in Lexington, KY. Kyle will manage the prime contract, subcontracts, project finances, and project schedule for these projects. He will also serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
