We are Cleveland's leader in adaptive reuse construction with a mission to deliver on our promises. Since 2008, we have managed more multi-family, mixed-use, and complex renovation / adaptive reuse projects than any other contractor in Cleveland, Ohio.

During this time, over 7 million square feet of downtown office space has been converted to residential, hospitality, and mixed-use within the City of Cleveland. Our construction team has been partners in adapting nine (and counting) downtown Cleveland buildings totaling 2.6 million square feet, or 38% of the 7 million total square feet converted in downtown Cleveland.
