Cleveland Construction has immediate openings for qualified superintendents responsible for on-site supervision and management of large commercial construction projects throughout the Midwest, Northeast and South Atlantic regions. Candidate must be able to supervise a large construction project to insure timely and quality completion by following aggressive schedules. Duties include managing subcontractors, scheduling and sequencing trades, implementing safety program, planning, monitoring and controlling the project and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Experienced Project Manager – Mentor Office

Cleveland Construction has an immediate opening for a senior level construction estimator with 8+ years of experience for its general contracting division.  Focusing on new construction - in the public and private sectors - the successful candidate will have a strong history of cost estimating and subcontractor purchasing for jobs ranging between $1 million and $100 million. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, computer skills, and have an established estimating track record in the commercial construction industry.

Federal Projects Coordinator
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is seeking a Federal Project Coordinator with at 10+ years of relevant, successful experience for its federal business unit located in Mentor, Ohio. This is a position in the initial core group starting up the company’s federal business unit.

Cleveland Construction is establishing a new business unit to focus on vertical construction opportunities with targeted federal government customers, including USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, VA, DHS, and GSA. Candidate will assist the company to pursue federal projects through Joint Venture relationships with other quality contractors or on its own.

The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal direct supervision in the startup of a federal business unit for a national general contractor. Candidate must have established relationships with federal contract administrators, significant experience with estimating for federal construction projects and lead team involved in Request for Proposal responses (RFP’s) and the formal presentation for a project. Candidate will have the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to successfully coordinate with estimators to lead and/or assist with development of estimates and conduct of bidding operations per government requirements.
