Cleveland Construction, Inc. performed as the general contractor for the new construction of a 155,861 square-foot big-box retail store on 54 acres in Economy, Pennsylvania.
Cleveland Construction was responsible for site demolition, 54 acres of earthwork, traffic signs and signals, asphalt pavement, curb & sidewalks, concrete paving, landscaping, fencing, concrete, concrete panels, masonry, steel erection, misc. metals, carpentry, water repellents, EIFS, exterior wall panel system, roofing, joint sealants, retractable sidewall system, aluminum framed storefronts, glazing, translucent panel canopy system, gypsum board, flooring, VCT, acoustical ceiling, painting (limited quantities fbo), metal toilet compartments, toilet accessories, fabric structures, prefabricated metal building, sub-metering instruments, ems, fire suppression, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical.
The project was completed on-time in March 2014 after 12 months of site work and building construction.
