The construction duration was approximately 365 calendar days. Cleveland Construction was responsible for site demolition, earthwork, site utilities, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, curb & gutter, traffic signs & signals, E&S, termite control, landscaping, site irrigation, fencing, large retaining wall, concrete, burnished concrete floors, masonry, steel erection, misc. metal, carpentry, architectural woodwork, water repellants, insulation, EIFS, membrane roofing, firestopping, joint sealants, aluminum storefront, glazing, gypsum board systems, tile, vct (labor only), carpet (labor only), acoustical ceiling, painting, metal canopy, fuel station equipment systems, sub-metering, ems, fire protection, wheelchair lift, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical.
The project was completed on-time in December 2013.
