Cleveland Construction, Inc. successfully completed the historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the Residences at 668 building located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
The project consisted of the rehabilitation of two buildings, an 8-story, 279,000 square-foot building fronting Euclid Avenue and a 5-story, 150,000 square-foot building fronting Prospect Avenue. The two buildings are connected by a 2-story glass enclosed courtyard.
The Residences at 668 project was converted into 236 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments that are equipped with modern amenities and unique floor plans. Each unit includes electric heating, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, maple-finished custom cabinets, porcelain and tile flooring, washer and dryers, and walk-in closets. In addition to luxury residences, the newly renovated buildings also features 65,000 square feet of office and retail space on the first level, dramatic 8-story atrium, fitness center, sports bar, restaurant, courtyard, public plaza and below-grade parking.
