Mitch DaDante is the Director of Administration, Safety & Training at Cleveland Construction, Inc. Mitch has developed and implemented Cleveland Construction’s new Safety program designed to enhance the safety culture of a multi-state workforce of over 1200 craft workers including the creation of a 60-minute safety training video, updated safety program, and the creation of a “train the trainer” program for jobsite superintendents. Mitch manages a team of safety professionals to deliver training and provide mentoring support to over 75 superintendents on over 50 jobsites throughout the United States to ensure consistent safety training delivery and predictable results. Mitch also represents the company’s interests in meetings with OSHA including jobsite visits, compliance, and settlement negotiation.
