Brad Adams

General Manager - Florida

Brad Adams is the Office Manager for Cleveland Construction’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Brad is responsible for ensuring that all daily construction operations flow smoothly, through continual communication with the office staff, project managers, clients and field personnel. He regularly visits all Florida projects and stays intimately involved to assist each project as needed. Brad has over 30 years of experience managing all aspects of the design and construction process including subcontractor management, submittals, scheduling, change order management, budget control, quality assurance, project closeout, field supervision, and safety.

Prior to joining Cleveland Construction, Brad spent 12 years in the Real Estate department at Walmart Stores, Inc. He served Walmart as a Construction Manager, Senior Design Manager, Project Manager and Director of Construction working in 18 states and Washington D.C. 

Brad has extensive experience of the land development process in managing project due diligence, entitlement applications and working with governmental agencies for project approvals. He has managed Civil Engineers and Architects for permit and construction documents and the project bid process. 

Brad received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Arkansas State University in Civil Engineering. Brad is Stormwater Pollution Prevention Certified and has an OSHA 30-hour Safety Training Certification.
