Project Overview
Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the remodel of an existing 204,642 SF Walmart Supercenter in West Chester, Ohio.
The scope of work managed by our team included a complete remodel of the pharmacy, customer entrances, back-of-house offices, associate breakrooms, and 6 restrooms, as well as the relocation of the store's photo lab.
The interior of the store was repainted and all wall protection and countertops were relaminated and refurbished. Additionally, 26,000 SF of LVT flooring was replaced and 2,500 SF of exposed concrete was honed and polished on the sales floor.
New lighting fixtures were installed in the grocery area, garden center, and restrooms. New occupancy sensors were installed to replace the existing single pole light switches throughout the store.
Exterior work included the replacement of stamped concrete and bollards at the store's entrances, the installation of new signage, the installation of new exhaust fans on the room, and EIFS repainting.
The remodel was completed over a 12-week period while the store remained open to the public.
