Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as the construction manager for a new Hyatt House Regatta Bay in Destin, Florida.

The 6-story hotel includes 146 guestrooms across 95,500 square-feet. Amenities include a limited-service kitchen with adjacent breakfast area, porte cochere, meeting and board rooms, and an outdoor pool with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The structure was constructed with load-bearing CMU walls and hollow-core concrete floor slabs between levels. The building foundation consists of reinforced concrete slab-on-grade construction.

Throughout construction, Cleveland Construction utilized several technology platforms to support coordination, communication, and project execution. OpenSpace progress tracking provided consistent visual documentation of site conditions and installation progress, while OxBlue cameras delivered real-time jobsite visibility for the project team and our client.

BIM coordination supported clash detection and trade coordination during preconstruction and field operations. GC Pay streamlined subcontractor invoicing and payment processing, improving financial transparency and workflow management throughout the project lifecycle.
