Cleveland Construction, Inc., is providing construction management services for a new multi-family development located at 1701 East Boulevard in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.

What is 1701 East Blvd Apartments:
The 1701 East Blvd Apartments multi-family development consists of two apartment towers – North and South. Together, these towers total over 563,996 square-feet with 302 residential units. Residence amenities include an outdoor pool deck, ground-level courtyards, a fitness center, a yoga room, a game room, a business center, a dog-washing area, and indoor and outdoor lounges equipped with kitchens. The two apartment towers sit atop three levels of below-grade parking, which can accommodate 399 vehicles for residences. The entire development is constructed using a 100% post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete system.

5-Story North Tower:
The North Tower will be five stories tall above 3 stories of below-grade parking. The North will include 21 apartment units with resident annuities such as the outdoor pool deck. These living spaces are designed to maximize comfort and functionality while offering a range of modern amenities and shared spaces that foster a sense of community and promote social interactions among residents.

7-Story South Tower:
The South Tower is seven stories tall and includes 281 luxurious apartment units. These apartment units showcase contemporary design elements, spacious layouts, and upscale finishes.

Underground Parking Garage:
Both the North and South towers rest on three levels of below-grade and partially below-grade parking. This underground parking solution optimizes land utilization while ensuring ample parking space for residents and minimizing the impact on the surrounding Dilworth neighborhood.
