Lexington, Kentucky - Cleveland Construction, Inc., a national hospitality construction management firm, has mobilized to begin construction on a new $17M Springhill Suites by Marriott hotel located at 4019 Finn Way within The Summitt at Friz Farm retail center in Lexington, Kentucky.
This new 5-story, 72,800 SF Springhill Suites, developed by Peachtree Hotel Group, will include 118 extended-stay guestrooms, an indoor pool, fitness center, a meeting room, sales offices, a guest lounge, dining area, and an exterior patio.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2023.
