Cleveland Construction, Inc. was chosen as the specialty contractor for the new Honors Residence Hall at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. The new student housing project houses over 660 students and 3 faculty apartments in 4- to 6-story houses.
Cleveland Construction handled the metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, light gauge trusses, metal decking, and DEFS on this project. The project is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
