Cleveland Construction, Inc. has added two more prestigious projects to its growing retail construction portfolio.

The company was recently awarded two WalMart Supercenter projects in Berlin, Wisconsin and Akron, Ohio.

The Berlin project, located 861 County Road F, includes ground-up construction of a 116,000 square-foot Supercenter with pharmacy, garden center, Subway, grocery and bakery areas. Construction began in May and is expected to last eight months. Cleveland Construction will work with the AIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure, LLC on this project.

The Akron project, located at 2887 South Arlington Road, is a 30,000 SF grocery store expansion with the existing 125,000 SF to be remodeled. Construction is scheduled to begin in June and last eleven months. Construction will be phased to complete a remodel of the entire building while keeping the store fully operational. Cleveland Construction is teaming with David L. Hoffman Architects out of Wichita, Kansas.

Cleveland Construction is once again proud to be part of both of these projects and is looking forward to continuing its tradition of working with the local community at each location.
