Cleveland Construction, Inc. was recently awarded a new Walmart Supercenter in Northside Miami, Florida and a new Kroger Marketplace store in Holland, Ohio.

The Walmart Supercenter #4303 project located at 3200 NW 79th Street in Northside Miami, Florida will include ground-up construction of an 185,000 square-foot Supercenter with a large general merchandise area, pharmacy, grocery and bakery departments. Construction began in December and is expected to last ten months. Cleveland Construction will work with the architect BBR Architecture, Inc. on this project.


The new Kroger Marketplace N-907 project, located at 7041 Orchard Center Drive in Holland, Ohio will be constructed in place of the former Farmer Jack store in the Orchard Centre shopping complex. The new 124,000 square-foot Marketplace store will feature refrigerated foods, produce, meat and deli, a cheese shop, wine and liquor, pharmacy, jewelry, adult and baby apparel and other miscellaneous merchandise. Construction is scheduled to begin in early February and last for nine months. Cleveland Construction is teaming with Scott & Goble Architects.
