Cleveland Construction, Inc. can now add two more prestigious projects to its growing retail portfolio.  The company was recently awarded two separate WalMart Supercenter projects in St. Petersburg, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.  

The St. Petersburg project, located 201 34th Street, will include ground-up construction of a 104,000 square-foot Supercenter with pharmacy, Subway, grocery and bakery. Construction will begin in September and is expected to last eight months. Cleveland Construction will work with the architect Shade Lawrence O’Quinn on this project.  

The Charlotte project, located at NW corner of E. Independence Blvd and Pierson Drive, is a new 154,000 square-foot Supercenter with grocery and bakery, vision center, pharmacy, Subway and garden center. Construction is also scheduled to begin in September and last eight months. Cleveland Construction is teaming with Scott & Goble Architects.
