Cleveland Construction, Inc., a national general contracting firm, has been awarded the company’s first construction project with the natural and organic food retailer, Whole Foods Market. Cleveland Construction will manage the ground-up construction of a 40,450 square-foot building located in Houston, Texas.
Cleveland Construction's scope of work includes core and shell construction of the building, as well as all necessary development work on a 4.5 acres site. Project will include installation of masonry, structural steel columns, roof framing and steel decking, wood decking, recycled composite lumber and reclaimed lumber, aluminum and glass window systems, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, finishes - stucco and painting, signage, site furnishings, elevator, fire protection system, plumbing, and electrical. Exterior improvements include concrete paving, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, earthwork, and all utilities.
Construction began in April of 2010 and is scheduled to finish in November of 2010.
