Interior Contractor for the Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel Expansion
Cleveland Construction Inc. is performing the specialty contractor for the expansion of Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino in Murphy, North Carolina.
The project includes adding 25,000 square-feet to the gaming floor, a 1,700-stall parking garage with six charging stations for electric vehicles, a 296-room hotel that will have an indoor pool and fitness center, a 12,000 square-foot rooftop restaurant with a bar and wine cellar at the top of the restaurant, a 9,600 square-feet spa/ salon with amenities, a retail store, and an expanded 30 seat motorcoach lobby for bus patrons. There will be a covered sky bridge that will connect the deck to the other buildings at the casino.
Cleveland Construction's scope of work includes installing interior metal framing, hanging and framing drywall, and acoustical and specialty ceilings throughout the casino expansion.
