Ohio-Based Firm Opens Office to Strengthen Regional Presence in Central Florida
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its self-performing interior and exterior trades division in Orlando, Florida. Cleveland Construction’s self-performing Interior Trades division handles the installation of a wide range of trades, including metal framing, commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, and prefabrication for commercial buildings.
Cleveland Construction is no stranger to Central Florida. The company has been actively working on projects in the area since 1984. Orlando marks the firm’s second location in Florida, joining the Naples office that opened in 2005, and positioning the company to better serve clients in Central Florida. The new office is located at 7443 Emerald Dunes Drive, Suite 600 in Orlando, Florida 32822.
The new office will be managed by Cleveland Construction veteran, David Kurilko, Jr.
Operations Manager David Kurilko, Jr. for the new Orlando office will provide oversight of manpower coordination, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety for the company’s self-performing interior trade operations in Central Florida.
“The Central Florida area has become a focal point for our construction services in the Southeast, with even more opportunities on the horizon,” said David Kurilko, Jr.. “This office will give us an additional home base for our Orlando project managers and staff.”
The company has recently performed as the interior trades contractor for Phase 1 of the new South Terminal "C" at the Orlando International Airport (OIA).
Over the last year, key employees have been working in Orlando and the surrounding areas to build relationships with the business community and trade partners in the market to re-establish the company in the region.
The Orlando location is the seventh regional office of Cleveland Construction, following the firm’s recent expansion into Charlotte, North Carolina. By strengthening its local market presence in Florida, Cleveland Construction continues to scale its interior specialty trades reputation across the country.
