CHARLOTTE, NC – November 21, 2023 - Cleveland Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Stockwell to the position of General Manager for Interior Specialty Contracting operations at its Charlotte, North Carolina office.
In his new role, Greg Stockwell will spearhead the Interior Trades division, working closely with clients, project managers, and field professionals to ensure the success of all projects. Greg joined Cleveland Construction in 2021 as a Lead Estimator, contributing his expertise to recently awarded projects such as the Cabarrus County Courthouse, Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) Terminal, and Phase II of the Concourse A Expansion at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
With 40+ years of experience in the construction industry, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge encompassing estimating, project management, labor and subcontractor management, submittals, scheduling, change order management, budget control, quality assurance, project closeout, field supervision, and safety.
Greg's expertise extends to various high-end building systems, including interior and exterior framing systems, prefabricated load-bearing construction, plaster, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, interior finishes, and fabric wall panels.
