Three years after establishing a permanent presence in Charlotte, Ohio-based Cleveland Construction, Inc. is excited to announce it has relocated to a new office at 1800 Cross Beam Drive to support an upsurge in construction contracts, as well as employee growth in the region. The new Charlotte office is 18,875 square feet, more than ten times bigger than its previous location, and includes warehouse space for construction equipment and materials.
“The new office provides a central location for our growing team in the area to meet and collaborate on a greater scale than our previous office allowed,” said David Sawicki, Vice President of Construction at Cleveland Construction. “The location of our new office provides better support to our active jobsites throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area”
Since opening a regional office in Charlotte in November 2016, Cleveland Construction has experienced a significant increase in employees working on projects in the region. The larger space also enables the company to bring in talent from its Self-Performing Interior Trades division to expand its services and client base in North Carolina. The move to a bigger space marks another significant milestone for the firm and provides the opportunity for further expansion into additional markets.
