Clearwater will soon be home to an advanced, ultra-modern assisted living and memory care community that will ultimately encompass 170,000 square feet of tranquil indoor and outdoor living space and residential features. Located at 1990 N. McMullen Booth Road, the project is a partnership between Autumn Senior Living and Small Brothers, LLC and is set for first phase completion in the summer of 2020.
“Autumn Senior Living is excited to bring the same level of detail and sophistication to a new assisted living community in Clearwater that our residents at Aravilla Sarasota have come to enjoy,” said Robert Ross, Chief Development Officer with Autumn Senior Living. “Working with our partner, Small Brothers, we know that our future residents will enjoy a fun, safe, and secure home while receiving great care.”
The first phase of the project calls for the construction of a 2-story, 65,000 square-foot secure assisted living community for memory care with 84 units and 95 beds. This phase will also include associated shared service and common spaces, as well as parking areas and nearly eight acres of site development. Cleveland Construction, Inc., a sister company of Small Brothers, is the Construction Manager for the project. Site clearing is underway for phase one and construction will begin in August 2019.
Upon completion of the first phase next year, the second phase of the project will commence with the construction of a 3-story, 105,000 square-foot assisted living facility with a connection to the memory care community. Once phase two is up and running, the community will bring 120 permanent jobs to the area. Aravilla Clearwater will offer memory care residents a safe, warm, welcoming, and compassionate environment in a beautiful setting.
Aravilla Assisted Living Communities are joyful senior living communities where discerning seniors have the freedom to live each day as they wish in a uniquely caring and innovative environment. The new community will include great food; a host of amenities, including entertainment and dining areas; indoor and outdoor gathering places; a resort-style, aqua-therapy pool; an outdoor garden; and water features throughout. Built to provide tranquility and comfort for every resident, the community promises to feature beautiful, high-end features inside and out.
