Scheduling

We’re all on the same page.

Everyone with clocks synchronized from the start. What follows is a strong sense of trust and collaboration. And there’s no better time to get everyone in lockstep than during the creation of a detailed construction schedule. We use Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to build and manage the schedule, ensure collaboration between all team members, and evaluate alternative phasing and scheduling options. Every step of the project should be a success in itself.

Construction schedules are created to:

  • Communicate the construction plan and list all activities
  • Establish production goals
  • Monitor and measure progress
  • Provide you with interval updates and milestone dates
  • Identify dependencies between activities
  • Manage change directives
  • Ensure project success
