Cleveland Construction conducts periodic training sessions throughout the year with the management staff to review and enforce company policies and legal guidelines including but not limited to: employee hiring practices, documentation retention, EEOC policies, Form I-9, contractual requirements, Form I-9 re-verification, etc. Cleveland Construction also allows Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to present programs and training to our management staff.
