Our deliverables vary from project-to-project, you may only require our CFS services, engineering and metal stud framing design, load-bearing materials and components, panel fabrication, non-load bearing materials and components, floor joist materials and components, cementitious floor topping, roof trusses, floor and roof decking, on-site management, equipment and installation crews. NorthPoint also provides performs installation of insulation, gypsum board finishing, rough carpentry, acoustical ceilings and stucco.
