Galveston, TX - Cleveland Construction, Inc. (CCI) completed ground-up construction of Seaside Resorts Building #22, the Presidents Villa, a 3-story, wood framed condominium building. Seaside Resorts is a recreational resort community located on Galveston Island, a popular tourist destination Southeast of Houston, Texas.

Due to the building being located in a flood zone, the building is elevated 12 feet off the ground. The building has re-enforced concrete piers which are supported by 35 feet in-depth driven piles.   

This 22,380 square-foot building includes 12 luxury units with A- & B-sides that can be individually divided into 24-units total. The building has one elevator. Each unit includes full kitchen with solid surface countertops, washer & dryer, fireplace with stone mantles, hardwood, carpet and ceramic flooring, luxury bathrooms with marble walls and a Jacuzzi.

The project was completed in 10 months, on-time and within budget.
