CCI Selected as GC for Cinemark Theater

Mentor, OH (May 3, 2009) – Cleveland Construction, Inc., a national general contracting firm, has been selected by Cinemark USA, Inc. as the general contractor for the ground-up construction of a Cinemark Movie Theater in Sandusky, Ohio.
The 32,104 square-foot freestanding multiplex theater features 10-screens, a large concession area and seating for 1,664 patrons. All 10 screens utilize top quality projectors, wall-to-wall screens, Dolby Digital sound and stadium seating.
Construction on the project is scheduled to begin in May 2010 and final completion is planned for December 2010.
