Project Description:Cleveland Construction, Inc. (CCI) has recently completed construction on Chamblee Village, located north of Atlanta, Georgia. This project was a new concept, now emerging in many metropolitan areas. The concept allows for a significant amount of retail space to be built on a small amount of land.
On less than 15 acres, Chamblee Village includes an underground parking structure beneath the 200,000 square foot retail anchor and 40,000 square feet of additional retail space. Public courtyards and green space areas link the retail buildings creating a small village atmosphere within the big city. Cleveland Construction, Inc. is very excited about this project and the growth of the new shopping experience being brought into more metropolitan areas.
