Project Description:
Cleveland Construction, Inc. was selected as the interiors trades contractor for the new Public/Private Venture (PPV) program, Hampton Roads. Hampton Roads is a privatized military housing development for
unaccompanied Navy personnel at Camps Allen and Elmore located in
Norfolk, Virginia and at a five acre site located in the City of Newport
News, Virginia. The project includes a mix of 1,190 new manor
residences and mid-rise apartments with clubhouses and recreational
amenities.
