Project Description:
Cleveland Construction, Inc. is currently working on preconstruction services for the renovation and preservation of the 14-story Schofield Building in downtown Cleveland. The project will include a 140-room boutique hotel and 24 luxury apartments, as well as a specialty restaurant on the first floor.
