Project Description:

King Hall is the dining hall that seats the Brigade of Midshipmen together at one time. Cleveland Construction served as the Interior Trades contractor for the 60,000 square-foot historical renovation of the United States Navel Academy’s King Hall dining hall in Annapolis, Maryland. This project was a historic renovation, with only the exterior building (stone shell) remaining in place.

The scope of work included complete renovation of approximately 60,000 square-feet of dining room and commercial kitchen space. New interior finishes include solid cherry wood columns, granite panels/sills, doors, windows, epoxy, and terrazzo flooring. Cleveland Construction provided all interior finishes including metal studs, drywall, insulation, and a new prefabricated beveled and arched GFRG ceiling system were installed.
