•    Renovation of guest bathrooms – new flooring, amenities, vanities, shower curtains, shower rods, shower heads
•    New bedding and linens
•    New carpet throughout
•    New 32” flat panel TVs for each guest room
•    New lighting and furnishings for each guest room
•    New window treatments
•    New entrance sign
•    Installation of addressable fire alarm and smoke detection system
•    Upgraded mechanical system for improved guest comfort
