Project Description:

Cleveland Construction, Inc. completed the interior trades package for Building K of the National Harbor complex located in National Harbor, Maryland.  

Adjacent to the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, Building K, overlooking the Potomac River, is a two-tower complex with 163 condominium units and an eight-story, 184 room Starwood Aloft hotel. The 604,000 square-foot structure features one level of retail space, underground parking, an elevated courtyard, meeting space, an interior pool, fitness center, and rooftop patio. The condominium units include 15 different floor plans and feature granite countertops and hardwood flooring. The hotel units will be available in eight different layouts, with each room including intricate built-in millwork headboards and desks.

Cleveland Construction’s scope of work included installation of metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, finish carpentry, and EFIS.
