Completed in January 2008, this resort hotel and convention center is the largest combined hotel and convention center on the East Coast. It is the cornerstone of the exciting new National Harbor project located eight miles due south of Washington, D.C. along the Potomac River. This 2,100,000 square-foot hotel boasts 2,000 luxurious guest rooms, including 110 lavish suites, and 470,000 square feet of meeting, convention and exhibit space. Cleveland Construction, Inc. successfully completed the general trades package for this project which included metal studs, drywall, Acoustic and specialty ceiling, rough carpentry, miscellaneous specialties and fireproofing.
