Project Description:Cleveland Construction, Inc. was chosen as the specialty contractor for the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, North Carolina. The project includes an indoor water park, restaurants, a spa, putt-putt and video games.
The 36-acre resort along Interstate 85 has 402 family-friendly suites, The Great Wolf Lodge is a 475,000-square-foot complex that includes an 80,000-square-foot indoor water park and more than 400 guest suites.
Cleveland Construction installed over 1,600,000 million square-feet of drywall, 827,000 L/F of metal stud framing for the interior, 288,000 square-feet of ceiling/soffit framing, 674,000 square-feet of insulation, 58,000 square-feet acoustical ceilings.
