Project Description:
National contractor, Cleveland Construction Inc. (CCI) completed the conversion of a former Blockbuster store into a Advance Auto Parts store located in Mentor, Ohio.
This project, completed in April 2009, consisted of tenant improvements to the 6,200 square-foot building which included; asphalt sealcoating, parking lot striping, interior selective demolition, joint sealants, HM door/frame, overhead coiling door, aluminum storefronts, limited concrete demo and replacement, masonry demolition, E.I.F.S, rough carpentry, drywall, VCT flooring acoustical ceiling tile, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
The new store opened in May of 2009.
