Project Description:

Cleveland Construction, Inc. served as general contractor for a 20,565 square-foot expansion and full store remodel of the Kroger supermarket in Sylvania, Ohio.

The store features an expanded deli and bakery, pharmacy, produce and meat departments. In addition to a wider selection of meat and seafood, the store also offers larger areas for produce, bakery, and floral. The store now includes a pharmacy drive-thru window, new front vestibule, Fifth Third Bank, Starbucks, and a State Liquor store.

Cleveland Construction, Inc. coordinated all aspects of the project including; sitework, electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, EIFS. masonry work, concrete, refrigerated equipment, flooring, acoustical ceiling, and all interior finishes. During construction, the store continued 24-hour operations uninterrupted. CCI worked closely with store personnel and the construction team to minimize inconvenience to the customer.

The project was completed within a 7 month completion schedule.
