As Construction Manager and General Contractor, Cleveland
Construction, Inc. successfully completed the historic rehabilitation of the
668 Euclid Avenue building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
The property was once home to the Wm. Taylor & Sons
department store and features an eight-story, 280,000-square-foot building that
fronts Euclid Avenue, a
four-story, 150,000-square-foot building faces Prospect Avenue. The buildings
are connected by a 73-foot-high atrium that also includes 120 lower-level parking
spots.
Also known as the Atrium Office Plaza, the property
includes an eight-story building, a four-story building and a 73-foot-high
atrium. The ground floor includes retail and offices, with pedestrian walkways
from Euclid to Prospect Avenue. Upstairs, the apartments range from 600-square-foot
efficiencies to 1,800-square-foot penthouses.
Completed in April 2010, the buildings house roughly 240
luxury apartments and 65,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and office space for
Wyse Advertising.
