Cleveland Construction, Inc. was chosen as the specialty contractor for the West Chester Medical Center in West Chester, Ohio.
This 380,000 square-foot medical center which includes a five-story above ground patient tower, plus a basement level is the first brand new full-service hospital in the Greater Cincinnati area to be built in more than 25 years. At the time of opening the facility has 160 beds, 7 operating rooms while accommodating 800 employees and promotes the latest advances in medical technology. Also included is an attached administration and diagnostic facility. The West Chester Medical Center will blend the best in medicine and technology with modern aesthetic comfort.
Cleveland Construction installed over 1,400,000 square-feet of drywall, high end finishes and over 2,000,000 L/F of metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, decorative soffits and facias, and 40,000 squarefeet of exterior, consisting of structural metal stud framing, sheathing and membrane barrier.
