Project Description:

The U.S. Institute of Peace is constructing a headquarters building at the northwest corner of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The new building will be a working headquarters for the Institute and a national center for advancing the study and practice of peacebuilding. The 154,000 square-foot headquarters includes a training center for professional conflict managers, office and conference space, and a 20,000 square-foot Public Education Center with state-of-the-art multimedia exhibits.

Cleveland Construction, Inc. provided drywall and metal framing, acoustical and specialty custom ceiling, veneer plaster, acoustical insulation and miscellaneous installations.
