This recreational resort community overlooks Canyon Lake in the famed Hill Country area of South Central Texas.
Cleveland Construction (CCI) completed construction on 2 wood framed condominium buildings on the property, Building #2 and Building #53.
Building #2 consisted of a 4-story resort style building with 16-units totaling 38,868 square-feet. Building #53 consisted of a 4-story building with 16-units totaling 29,840 square-feet. Both buildings were completed on time and within budget.
