Cleveland Construction Inc. (CCI) has provided design and construction services for hospitality and entertainment companies nationally. Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground was renovated in 2000. CCI provided construction services twenty-four hours a day to meet the demanding schedule. Hourly schedules were developed for each trade performing work within a block of renovated rooms; every contractor successfully completed their scope of work on time. Hotel operations were not disturbed during construction activities enabling Fort Wilderness to remain open for business. Our ability to successfully coordinate all parties involved in the construction process ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. Cleveland Construction, Inc. successfully completed the General Trades package for this schedule driven project.
