Cleveland Construction, Inc. (CCI) is proud to work with all of our clients, large or small. One of the recent additions to our large list of clients is PetSmart Stores, Inc. Beginning several years ago, CCI started building a relationship with PetSmart by expanding several of their existing stores with their new PetsHotel concept. These state-of-the-art PetsHotels provide superior day and overnight care for pets.
With each PetsHotel location, CCI was hired as general contractor in charge of coordinating construction activities and maintaining that the store operations were not disturbed. These 5,000 to 8,000 square-foot expansions included installation of a water purification system, six HVAC units, filtration and ventilation systems that separates the cat and dog odors, and a defined walking path inside the hotel that resembles an outdoor park. Through close planning and communication efforts, CCI was able to complete each store anywhere from two-weeks to one-month ahead of schedule with minimal punchlist items.
