Project Description:


Cleveland Construction Inc. (CCI) completed the interior trades package for the Adena PACCAR Medical Education Center in Chillicothe, Ohio in September 2008. This 39,600 square-foot state-of-the-art facility will offer medical education and training for 576 physicians and allied health professionals from across the region, the state and the nation.

Cleveland Construction, Inc. interiors package included the installation of cold-formed steel framing, thermal insulation, and exterior sheathing. The facility’s interior framing included partitions, ceilings, and soffits as well as install of all gypsum wall board. The ceilings were installed with (3) different types of acoustical ceiling systems, with (7) different types of acoustical ceiling tile. Fiberglass Wall Panels reinforced the plastic panels and wall trim that were installed in spaced out areas only. Acoustical Wall Panels – Stretched fabric acoustical wall panels with core materials and fabric facing. This was part of our Subcontract, but due to specifications we subbed out to Ketchum & Walton Co., which supplies and installs Novawall Acoustical Wall Panels.
