Cleveland Construction Inc. has completed work on the construction of Spotsylvania Towne Center, a 150,000 square-foot mixed-use retail center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Developed by The Cafaro Group of Youngstown, Ohio, Spotsylvania Towne Center consists of five separate retail buildings. The center combines upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment.
