Our metal stud framing and drywall installation division is ranked in the top three in the country in terms of size and scope of projects. Cleveland Construction has the capability to provide over 2,000 tradesmen for any job and perform single-project interior trades packages of over $50 million.
Cleveland Construction’s Interiors Division has been providing metal stud framing and drywall installation on a wide variety of commercial buildings since the company’s beginnings in 1980. Our interiors and exterior construction division's typical contract value averages $15 million per project and consistently performs work on healthcare facilities, high-end hospitality projects, student and military housing facilities, office buildings, and retail projects throughout the country.
Cleveland Construction has the ability to self-perform the following scopes of work: erosion and sedimentation controls, metal framing, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, gypsum board, stucco, EIFS, cement plaster, GFRC, insulation, joint sealers, doors/frames/hardware, finish carpentry, millwork, base and accessories, wall coverings, toilet accessories, firestopping, acoustical ceilings, lead protection, asbestos abatement and metal flashing.
As a testament to our success in military project delivery, we have been performing interior trades packages for eight straight years at Ft. Bragg, NC and performed several projects in the past four years at Fort Stewart and Fort Campbell.
