Cleveland Construction, Inc. has the ability to self-perform the interior trades package on any project. Our interiors division, which is typically ranked in the top three in the country in terms of size and scope of projects, has the capability to provide over 2,000 tradesmen for a job and perform single-project interior trades packages up to $50 million. The interiors division typical contract value averages $10 million per project and consistently performs work for The Army Corps of Engineers, GSA, military branches, and other federal agencies every year. Cleveland Construction also performs interior work in retail, hospitality, residential, office, education, healthcare and public assembly construction.
Cleveland Construction, Inc. has the capability to self-perform the following scopes of work: erosion and sedimentation controls, metal framing, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, gypsum board, stucco, EIFS, cement plaster, GFRC, insulation, joint sealers, doors/frames/hardware, finish carpentry, millwork, base and accessories, wall coverings, toilet accessories, firestopping, ceilings, lead protection, asbestos abatement, equipment placement and setup, metal flashing. Cleveland Construction can accomplish the preceding scopes of work with our 2,000 skilled tradesmen; a vast majority of which are located within the Mid-Atlantic region.
As a testament to our success in military project delivery, we have been performing interior trades packages for eight straight years at Ft. Bragg, NC and performed several projects in the past four years at Fort Stewart and Fort Campbell.
