Throughout our company’s history, CCI has earned subsequent and continued success by building working relationships with our clients and backing it up with hard work.
Headquartered in Mentor, Ohio, CCI was founded in 1980 by Richard G. Small and his sons Mark, Tim, Jon, and James. The family-owned company has grown into a resounding success story over the past three decades.
Today, CCI has construction projects throughout the nation; the company is a major force in the construction industry. Over the past three decades CCI has asserted itself as the premier construction firm in the nation. CCI has 7 offices located in Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio, Raleigh and Charlotte North Carolina, Naples Florida and our Jessup, Maryland office which supports the building efforts in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. markets.

CCI employees are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Unfair and deceptive business practices are strictly prohibited.
CCI engages in responsible business practices and treat all clients fairly, without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, pregnancy, age, marital status, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability.
CCI and its employees must, at all times, conduct business openly and avoid any situation that might create the appearance that CCI has made any agreement that improperly impacts industry prices or the competition.

Gifts, Favors and Gratuities
CCI employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting business courtesies or gifts intended to influence business decisions. All business decisions are to be made on the basis of merit or the transaction and in compliance with any legal and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, CCI employees are strictly prohibited from accepting any gift or series of gifts with a value in excess of twenty ($20.00) dollars without the prior written approval of an officer of the company.
CCI also routinely conducts business with a variety of government agencies. What may be acceptable practice in the commercial business environment, such as providing nominal gifts and hospitality, may be inappropriate when managing relationships with government employees or those who act on the government’s behalf. All employees must adhere to the relevant laws and regulations governing relationships with government customers, employees, and officials.
